Process standard and requirement our aluminium screen frame is as below:
1. The four corners of the frame shall be welded to each other at 45 degrees. The welding seam shall be tight and even around, and there shall be no de-welding or leakage welding.
2. The four sides of the frame are straight;The four corners and the two adjacent edges are perpendicular;Upper and lower sides of the frame;The frames are parallel to each other.
3. Two sides of the frame are equal in length, and linear length deviation and diagonal length deviation shall meet the standard provisions.
4. The bottom plane of the frame is the sticky mesh surface, which should be sandblasted or mechanically polished to increase the fastness of the sticky mesh.
5. The outer surface of the mesh frame should be straight and smooth without obvious scratches and depressions;Net frame overall should be flat, regular, solid;The outer surface of the frame should be of uniform color and luster, and there should be no obvious rust spots.
6. The mesh frame shall be tested for accuracy and stiffness to clarify its tensile performance;The edge of the mesh box is subject to uniform tension, with the maximum deformation in the middle of the edge (bending inward), and the deformation should not be greater than 3/1000 of the length of the edge of the frame.
